DELIVERY PREFERENCES

* For other start date, please contact our support after completing the order.

*We will endeavour to deliver within the time window. However, please give 30 minutes grace periods before and after the indicated time windows as there may be unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.

  1. For 12 meals per week, we deliver 6 meals on Tuesday AND Friday
  2. For 6 meals per week plan, please select 6 meals delivery on Tues OR Fri delivery
  3. Select either day or night slot to receive the meals, please have someone available to receive the meals
  4. We use the cook chilled method to cook, chill and sealed the meals so our meals will last 7-10 days in the chiller
  5. Our meals are delivered chilled (Not frozen) with ice gel pack
  6. Store the meals in the chiller (not freezer) within 2 hours of delivery
  7. Simply reheat to enjoy.
